I'm actually surprised mine wasn't there! My thumbs refuse to accept the role of being on top. Some would say puppy paws, I like to think I'm just very relaxed

I agree on the thumbs. Some riders just can't lock their thumbs to maintain their contact and wonder why their horse ends up on the forehand. How many times do you have to say shorten your reins and thumbs up and lock them. I think for me it is sitting square in the saddle. I sometimes loose track of my right seat bone. Very key in lateral work.

Looking down (trail riding) and leaning forward (back problems and games)

I'm a tipper. I think it started as a defensive move with a sore back, now I can't break the habit.

I turn my right wrist and look down. I think those are my worst faults that I have a horrible time fixing even when I try to think about them. My arms get stiff too. I think they should have 'bracing/balancing on horse's mouth' as one of the bad habits, because I find a lot more people do that than they realize, myself included!! Ok, so add that to my list too! Although I try to be very, very conscientious about that one

My bad habit is I twist slightly to the right with my upper torso, so my left shoulder is leading. I always have to remember to keep that shoulder back.
