Canada may qualify for rio Olympics in eventing as a result of the French team's possible disqualification.
Second test confirmed Ace in one of the French event horses. This would eliminate the French team from fourth, thus placing Canada 6th and qualifying the team for the Olympics. Otherwise I believe Canada must place first at the Pan ams. The US also needs to qualify an event team for Rio at the Pan Ams but there is only one spot available.
There may still be a hearing but this definitely ups our chances.
