I have a horse that on the flat gets very strong... Grabs the bit and pulls, also anticipates which leads into him getting strong.
PLEASE HELP!

Bit questions are always difficult to answer without knowing your horse, and of course there is no substitution for proper schooling.
Having said that, I've had good success with a waterford on horses that lean. It can be severe in harsh hands, but prevents the horse from grabbing hold. It won't back him off the bit since the bit is inherently not a harsh one, but it won't let him grab on as easily. Good luck!

Sometimes it isn't about the bit but about the training. Half halts are your friend. Riding figures and bending lines keep your horse thinking and waiting for the next thing your going to ask him/her. Don't ride on the track all the time.
What bit do you currently ride in? Has your coach offered you any advice or pointers?

My horse used to be like that and the only thing that properly solved it was improving his flat work. The more advanced he gets in his dressage work the better he is over fences. I can now jump him in a french link snaffle.
